Soublox Tecnologia LTDA (Tax ID / CNPJ 20.353.430/0001-02), headquartered at Av. Paulista, 1636, Conj 5, Bela Vista, São Paulo/SP, 01310-200, Brazil, is the controller of personal data processed through this site, under Brazil's LGPD (law 13.709/2018).
Data we collect
Data you submit through the contact form (name, company, email, WhatsApp number and message) and, with your consent, browsing data collected through analytics cookies (Google Analytics).
What we use it for
To respond to your business inquiry, assess how we can help your Salesforce operation, and understand site usage to improve the browsing experience.
Who we share it with
Salesforce, our CRM, receives contact-form data. Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA process browsing data and anti-spam verification. We don't sell personal data to third parties.
International transfers
Salesforce and Google may process data outside Brazil, under those providers' contractual and security safeguards, as permitted under LGPD art. 33.
Retention
Contact-form data is kept for as long as needed to respond to your request. Analytics cookies follow Google Analytics' default retention (up to 14 months).
Your rights (LGPD art. 18)
You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of your data, information on who we share it with, and revoke your consent at any time.
